TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Samples: Ornamental molding and decorative plaster samples approximately one foot in length can be ordered for a nominal fee. Prices start from $25.00. Sample costs can be applied as a credit to the order or the amount can refunded upon return of the sample in good condition (client pays return shipping).
Custom samples can be made to order. The full setup cost must be paid before production and is non-refundable. Custom prices start from $125.00.
Custom Products: All custom made templates and models are the property of Architectural Sculpture & Restoration (ASR) unless otherwise stipulated by the client in writing.
Lead Time: Samples and standard products lead-time is 3-4 weeks. Larger orders have longer lead times although we try to deliver all goods within 4-6 weeks. For custom orders, add 2-3 weeks for production lead-time. *All lead times subject to change. Please contact us for a current lead-time estimate.
Rush Fees: There is a 25% added fee for rush orders.
Shipping/Delivery: Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Express. For large items or large orders, alternate ground carriers are used. We will contact you when the order is shipped.
Damage Claims: The client is responsible to inspect the condition of goods upon arrival. All damage claims must be made no later than three (3) days after goods have been received. All claims made after three (3) days will be denied.
ASR is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a package or crate is damaged or has missing items, please contact us and have carriers note the damage on the delivery ticket.
Prices: All prices are subject to change. ASR reserves the right to discontinue items without notice.
Payment Terms: All orders greater than $1,000.00 require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance including delivery charges must be paid before the order is shipped.
With orders of less than $1,000.00, payment must be paid in full with the order.
Installation: ASR is ready and willing to handle all installation needs. Please contact ASR to obtain a project proposal and estimate. For installations and larger projects, a progress payment schedule will be established before the job begins.
Returns: Catalog and custom products made to order are not returnable. Please confirm the order by checking the items, size and quantity before the order is placed.
Cancellations/Refunds: Orders canceled before item production and shipment will receive a refund. This refund policy will not apply to items produced before order cancellation.
Order Changes: Changes to orders must be written and approved through the ASR office for order accuracy and for cost reductions and/or increases.
